Hotel Policy

House Guidelines: Essential our policies.


  • The hotel guest is considered solely and exclusively the person or persons who have checked-in and signed the registration.

  • Any damage caused by guests to objects, movable property or property of the hotel will be their exclusive responsibility, and they must pay for its repair.

  • Comply with the information provided on all Hotel signage.

  • Smoking is allowed in the rooms, only in the assigned smoking areas.

  • The accommodation service must be paid in full upon check-in.

  • Breakfast is from 7:00 am to 10:00 am, lunch from 12:00 to 2:00 pm and dinner from 6:00 to 8:00 pm

  • It is prohibited to introduce or manipulate any weapon that threatens the safety of the guests or anyone in the property.

  • Guests are not allowed to have any type of animals in the room, except those that are for emotional support.

  • Entry to rooms not assigned by reception is prohibited.

  • It is prohibited to remove or change furniture from the rooms.

  • The Hotel is not responsible for the loss of objects or valuables.

  • Placing posters, decals or any communication on the walls is not permitted.

  • The facilities, common spaces and infrastructure must be respected and used for the purpose created. Take care of them and avoid damaging them.

  • When a guest uses the hotel parking, they must place their car in a suitable place. The establishment is not responsible for partial damage or total theft of the vehicle or objects left inside.
